onsemi NCV8730 CMOS LDO Regulators

onsemi NCV8730 CMOS LDO Regulators are designed for up to 38V input voltage and 150mA output current. These LDO regulators are based on unique features like low quiescent current, fast transient response, and high input and output voltage ranges. The 1μA low quiescent current makes the device ideal for battery-powered always-on systems. onsemi NCV8730 LDO regulators are available in several fixed output voltage versions and an adjustable version. Typical applications include body control modules, LED lighting, onboard chargers, and general-purpose automotive.
