onsemi HCPL2731 Dual-Channel Optocouplers

onsemi HCPL2731 dual-channel optocouplers feature 0.5mA input current and 2000% current transfer ratio (CTR). onsemi HCPL2731 consists of an aluminum gallium arsenide (AlGaAs) LED optically coupled to a high gain split darlington photodetector. This split darlington configuration permits lower output saturation voltage and higher speed operation than is possible with a conventional darlington phototransistor optocoupler. onsemi HCPL2731 dual-channel optocouplers provide superior stability over temperature through an integrated emitter-base resistor. Applications include digital logic ground isolation, EIA-RS-232C line receiver, and more.
