Olimex Ltd. A20-SOM204 SoC Modules contain A20 Dual Core Cortex-A7 processor, AXP209 power management unit, and 1GB DDR3 memory. These modules can have up to 64GB eMMC flash memory and/or 16MB serial flash memory. The A20-SOM204 modules feature two native ethernet ports. These modules are available as variants suited for industrial temperature range from -25°C to 85°C and commercial temperature range from 0°C to 70°C.
