NXP Semiconductors UJA1169A CAN System Basis Chips (SBCs)
NXP Semiconductors UJA1169A CAN System Basis Chips (SBCs) contain an HS-CAN transceiver that is ISO 11898-2:2016 and SAE J2284-1 to SAE J2284-5 compliant. These SBCs include CAN FD up to 5Mbit/s and an integrated 5V or 3.3V, 250mA supply. The UJA1169A SBCs offer an additional 5V/100mA voltage regulator that is protected for off-board usage, a serial peripheral interface (SPI), and LIMP output to signal system failures. NXP Semiconductors UJA1169A CAN SBCs come in six variants and are available in a small HVSON20 leadless package. Typical applications include climate control modules, front and rearview cameras, electronic steering column modules, sunroof control, door switches / control modules, and central control switches.Features
