Nexperia PSC1665x Silicon Carbide (SiC) Schottky Diodes

Nexperia PSC1665x Silicon Carbide (SiC) Schottky Diodes offer high performance, low loss, and high efficiency. These diodes feature temperature-independent capacitive turn-off and zero recovery switching behavior combined with an excellent figure-of-merit (Qc x VF). The PSC1665LQ diodes are encapsulated in a Real-2-Pin TO247 R2P (TO-247-2) through-hole power plastic package. The PSC1665JJ diodes are encapsulated in a Real-2-Pin D2PAK R2P (TO-263-2) Surface-Mounted Device (SMD) power plastic package. These Schottky diodes are used in photovoltaic inverters, telecom power supplies, battery charging infrastructure, AC-DC converters, and DC-DC converters.
