MYIR MYC-C7Z010/20 CPU Modules

MYIR MYC-C7Z010/20 CPU Modules are Linux-ready ZYNQ-based system-on-module (SOM) components available for the XC7Z010 or XC7Z020 version. These modules integrate a Xilinx dual-core Arm® Cortex®-A9 + FPGA, 1GB DDR3 SDRAM, 4GB eMMC, and 32MB quad SPI flash. The board also features a Gigabit Ethernet PHY, a USB PHY, and external watchdog. Two 0.8mm-pitch, 140-pin board-to-board connectors provide I/O signals for Arm peripherals and FPGA I/Os to enable base board extensions. MYIR MYC-C7Z010/20 CPU Modules are designed to reduce development effort and speed up time to market.
