Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) MPQ5069-AEC1 Protection Switches

Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) MPQ5069-AEC1 Protection Switches are hot-swap protection devices designed to protect output circuitry from transients on its input. These protection switches also protect its input from undesired shorts and transients coming from its output. The MPQ5069-AEC1 protection switches feature an integrated 7mΩ power MOSFET, fast response of 200ns for short protection, output current measurement, external soft start, and under-voltage lockout. These protection switches offer ±10% current monitor accuracy and are available in a 3mm x 5mm QFN-22 package. The MPQ5069-AEC1 protection switches provides fault protections including current-limit protection, thermal shutdown, and damaged-MOSFET detection. These protection switches are AEC-Q100 qualified. Typical applications include automotive infotainment, automotive clusters, advanced driver assistance systems, and automotive systems.
