Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) MPM3510A Synchronous Step-Down Converters

Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) MPM3510A Synchronous Step-Down Converters offer integrated power MOSFETs, an inductor, and two capacitors. The MPM3510A provides a compact solution with only four external components, resulting in a 1.2A continuous output current with excellent load and line regulation over a wide input supply range.

The MPM3510A Converters feature a 1.2A continuous load current and a 1.15MHz switching frequency, which allows a fast load transient response. The device has full protection features, including over-current protection (OCP) and thermal shutdown (TSD). The MPM3510A is available in a space-saving QFN-19 (3mm x 5mm x 1.6mm) package, with a total solution size of 6.7mm x 6.3mm.
