Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) EVM3695-10-MQ-10A Evaluation Board

Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) EVM3695-10-MQ-10A Evaluation Board showcases the MPM3695-10, a 10A synchronous step-down converter with high efficiency and power density. The Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) EVM3695-10-MQ-10A supports an input voltage (VIN) range of 4V to 16V, which can be lowered to 3.3V by supplying an external 3.3V to the VCC pin. The adjustable output voltage (VOUT) ranges from 0.5V to 5V, delivering up to 10A continuously.

The board includes one MPM3695-10 device set to a default output of 1.2V. It also has a load transient circuit and SMA connector for easy load transient evaluation and output ripple measurement.

With a PMBus interface, the EVM3695-10-MQ-10A allows adjustments to VOUT, switching frequency (fSW), fault management, and timing while providing telemetry for voltage, current, temperature, and fault status. To fully utilize the MPM3695-10's features, use the EVKT-MPM3695-10-A kit and install Virtual Bench Pro on a PC.
