Mill-Max 0914 Spring-Loaded Pins

Mill-Max 0914 Spring-Loaded Pins feature a mid-stroke distance of .045" (1.14mm) [.90" (2.29mm) full stroke] and provide flexibility and tolerance for assemblies. Taller versions for assemblies requiring greater distance between mating surfaces and contact points are available. The series standard has offered an above-board height of up to .302" (7.67mm) and has expanded to provide an increased height in increments of .030" (0.76mm).

The longer stroke provides greater benefit in compensating for tolerance stack-ups and, combined with the increased height, makes them an excellent solution for elevated board stacking applications. The Mill-Max 0914 Series spring pins have solder tails for through-hole mounting, providing the support needed for taller components to maintain a secure connection to the PC board.
