Mikroe MIKROE-2972 Spectral Click
Mikroe MIKROE-2972 Spectral Click is a multispectral light sensing device. The ams AS7261 XYZ chromatic white color sensor powers this Spectral click for accurate chromatic white color sensing. Mikroe MIKROE-2972 click provides accurate correlated color temperature (CCT) measurements and color-point deviation from the black body curve for white light color. This Mikroe Click features a Near-IR (NIR) wavelengths sensing channel and two programmable LED channels with a constant current. The AS7261 multispectral sensor IC integrates a six photodiodes array element and has minimal drift over time and with temperature makes it very reliable. The photo elements are filtered through the Gaussian filters that are implemented through the nano-optic deposited interference filter technology to meet the CIE 1931 2° standard. The measurements from the photo elements are digitized by the 16-bit ADC converter and processed by the Cognitive Light Engine (CLE). Typically suitable for professional-grade applications that require a high degree of color recognition accuracy, especially for the white light coloration sensing, with a great accuracy and consistency.
