Melexis MLX91208 IMC-Hall® Current Sensors

Melexis MLX91208 IMC-Hall® Current Sensors are automotive-qualified, monolithic sensor ICs featuring Triaxis® Hall technology. These IMC-Hall current sensors feature sensitivity to the flux density applied parallel to the IC surface. This is obtained through an integrated Magneto-Concentrator (IMC-Hall) deposited on the CMOS die as an additional back-end step. The MLX91208 sensors provide an output signal proportional to the flux density applied horizontally and are suitable for current measurement or ideally suited as open-loop current sensors for PCB or bus bar mounting. Melexis MLX91208 IMC-Hall® Current Sensors feature a small size application design and simple construction for various current ranges from few Amperes up to 1000A.
