Micro Commercial Components (MCC) MCACx 30V-60V Logic-Level N-channel MOSFETs feature Split-Gate Trench (SGT) MOSFET technology. These MOSFETs offer unique benefits for engineers looking to drive them directly by MCU through I/O ports. The MCACx MOSFETs operate at 1.2V to 2.5V maximum gate threshold voltage range and 1.2°C/W to 1.6°C/W maximum junction to case thermal resistance range. These MOSFETs solve design challenges while enhancing operation and efficiency in a range of applications. The MCACx MOSFETs provide low RDS(on) values from 1.1mΩ to 2.7mΩ to minimize losses. These MOSFETs are RoHS compliant and come in a high-power DFN5060 package that ensures suitability for compact design needs. Typical applications include battery management systems, lighting controls, motor drives, DC-DC converters, and low-side switches.
