Micro Commercial Components (MCC) CSPx Uni/Bidirectional ESD Diodes feature High-power performance, enhanced density, and heat dissipation in a compact CSP1006-2 package. These diodes provide robust and reliable protection from electrostatic events. The uni/bidirectional ESD diodes offer peak pulse power from 1350W to 1600W, VRWM between 3.3V and 4.8V voltage, and 15V to 16.5V low clamping voltage. These diodes withstand air and contact discharges of ±30kV.

The uni/bidirectional CSPx ESD diodes meet IEC 61000-4-2 (ESD) immunity standards. These diodes ensure robust safeguarding against electrostatic discharge events, minimize the risk of damage to sensitive components, and improve the overall reliability of devices. The uni/bidirectional CSPx ESD diode with innovative Re-Distribution Layer (RDL) technology bridges the chip terminal pad with the package terminal pad.
