Littelfuse SP3025-04HTG 2.5V, 30A TVS Diode Arrays

Littelfuse SP3025-04HTG 2.5V, 30A TVS Diode Arrays feature a low capacitance to protect high-speed, differential data lines against electrostatic discharge (ESD), cable-discharge events (CDE), electrical fast transients (EFT), and lightning-induced surges. Littelfuse SP3025-04HTG offers a SOT23-6L package and can protect up to four channels up to 30A (IEC 61000-4-5 2nd edition) and up to ±30kV ESD (IEC 61000-4-2). These TVS diode arrays are ideal for high-speed data interfaces, such as 1GbE applications in notebooks, switches, and more.
