Littelfuse S6002xS EV 2A Sensitive SCR Thyristors
Littelfuse S6002xS EV 2A Sensitive Silicon-Controlled Rectifier (SCR) Thyristors offer very high di/dt capability through a small-die planar construction design. These devices are glass-passivated to ensure long-term reliability and parametric stability. Littelfuse S6002xS SCR Thyristors feature a high junction temperature (TJ) of +150°C, a blocking voltage (VDRM) up to 600V, and a gate trigger current (IGT) of 200µA. These devices are offered in a through-hole TO-92 or surface-mount SOT-223 package for design flexibility and are specifically designed for capacitor discharge applications such as high-power gas flame ignition.Features
