Littelfuse High-Temperature Sensitive Alternistor TRIACs

Littelfuse High-Temperature Sensitive Alternistor TRIACs are a combination of space-saving packaging and high-temperature capabilities. These triacs are well-suited for IoT applications that require compact designs without the involvement of continuous high currents. The high-temperature sensitive alternistor triacs feature clip-attach assembly combined with +150°C high maximum junction temperature. These triacs also provide 8A AC control in a compact surface-mount package. The high-temperature alternistor triacs provide larger thermal margin in design and ensures higher surge capability to withstand short-duration overload conditions. Littelfuse High-Temperature Sensitive Alternistor TRIACs are suitable for motor control and large appliances, lighting AC control, building automation, and industrial control.
