KOA Speer HV73V Thick Film Chip Resistors
KOA Speer HV73V Thick Film Chip Resistors are designed for high-voltage automotive applications and are AEC-Q200-qualified. Special inner material makes the part suitable for high voltages with improved temperature cycling stability compared to standard resistors. In addition, a special coating ensures that higher voltages can be applied at operating temperatures up to +155°C. The series has a resistance range of 10kΩ to 51MΩ and is available in case sizes 0603, 0805, and 1206. KOAs HV73V series achieves maximum working voltages 2.5 times higher than general-purpose type chip resistors.
