InterFET IF170x N-Channel JFETs
InterFET IF170x N-Channel JFETs are designed for sensitive amplifier stages for mid-frequencies designs. These JFETs feature 1nV/√Hz typical low noise voltage, 22mS typical high gain, -30V reverse gate-source and gate-drain voltage, and 750fA typical @10V low gate leakage. The IF170x n-channel JFETs offer high radiation tolerance and a -65°C to 175°C operating junction temperature range. These JFETs are RoHS, REACH, and CMR compliant and available in SMT, TH, and bare die packages. Typical applications include amplifiers, oscillators, voltage regulators, noise generators, satellites, medical, signal mixers, headphone amplifiers, audio filters, ultrasound equipment, communications, medical imaging systems, and military.Features
