Infineon Technologies TLS850FxTA OPTIREG™ Linear Voltage Regulators

Infineon Technologies TLS850FxTA OPTIREG™ Linear High-Performance Voltage Regulators feature an input voltage range of 3V to 40V and a low 40µA typical quiescent current. These regulators offer an output voltage accuracy of 2% and a maximum output current of up to 500mA. These regulators are suitable for automotive or other supply systems connected to the battery permanently. Infineon Technologies TLS850FxTA OPTIREG regulators use a loop concept that combines fast regulation and good stability while requiring only one small ceramic capacitor of 1µF at the output. At currents below 100mA, the TLS850FxTA modules will have a low typical dropout voltage of only 70mV. The operating range starts at input voltages of only 3V (extended operating range). This makes the series ideal for supplying automotive systems that need to operate during cranking conditions.
