Infineon Technologies TLE4986C Active Hall Sensor

Infineon TLE4986C Active Hall Sensor is ideally suited for camshaft applications and similar industrial applications such as a speedometer. Its basic function is to map either a tooth or a notch into a unique electrical output state. The TLE4986C has an electrical trimming option for post-fabrication trimming in order to achieve true power on capability even in the case of production spreads such as different magnetic configurations or misalignment. An additional self-calibration module has been implemented to achieve optimum accuracy during normal running operation. TLE4986C comes in a three-pin package for the supply voltage and an open drain output.
