Infineon Technologies TLE4929C-XHA XENSIV™ Universal Speed Sensor

Infineon Technologies TLE4929C-XHA XENSIV™ Universal Speed Sensor is an active Hall sensor with a dedicated powertrain algorithm. The TLE4929C-XHA integrates two capacitors on the lead frame that increase the Electro-Magnetic Compatibility (EMC) resistivity. A pull-up resistor RLoad is mandatory on the output pin and determines the maximum current through the output transistor.

The Infineon Technologies TLE4929C-XHA Universal Speed Sensor is offered in a RoHS-compliant PG-SSO-3-52 package and is qualified for automotive applications.

Features

  • Measures speed and position of tooth/pole wheels
  • Switching point in the middle of the tooth enables backward compatibility
  • Magnetic stray-field robustness due to the differential sensing principle
  • Direction detection and Stop-Start-Algorithm
  • Programmable switching threshold for additional accuracy
  • Hybrid-Algorithm keeps TLE4929C-XHA calibrated during an electric drive
  • -40°C to +175°C normal operating junction temperature range
  • PG-SSO-3-52 package
  • RoHS compliant

Applications

  • Crankshaft sensor systems
  • Differential Camshaft sensor
  • Industrial
  • Speedometer
