Infineon Technologies Power Start Modules are a complete portfolio for soft start applications with a slim footprint (55mm). This allows more contactor-compatible designs (LxWxH 134x55x100mm) in comparison to existing soft starter solutions. Infineon Power Start modules include an integrated heatsink, and can be mounted without thermal grease.
