Infineon ISO2H823V ISOFACE™ Galvanic Isolated High-Side Switch features integrated 2.5kV galvanic isolation and meets IEC 61131-2 requirements for reinforced isolation. This module is ideal for industrial applications for preventive maintenance and to shorten unscheduled downtimes, which can be costly. Each of the eight channels is equipped with five-fold diagnostic monitoring capabilities, including open load (active mode - driver on, inactive mode - driver off), short-to-Vbb, overcurrent (= short-to-GND), and overtemperature.
