Infineon Technologies EVAL_AUDAMP24 Evaluation Board

Infineon EVAL_AUDAMP24 Evaluation Board is a two-channel, 225W/ch (4Ω at ±43V) or 250W/ch (8Ω at ±63V) half-bridge class D audio power amplifier for Hi-Fi audio systems. The EVAL_AUDAMP24 Board demonstrates using the CoolGaN™ gallium nitride transistor and IRS20957S controller IC, implementing protection circuits, and designing an optimum PCB layout. This optimum layout implements the IGT40R070D1 E8220, 400V CoolGaN e-mode HEMT.

The two-channel design is scalable for power and the number of channels. The reference design is easy to use and includes all required housekeeping power supplies.
