Guerrilla RF GRF2073x Ultra-Low-Noise Amplifiers feature flexible bias voltage, current, and a 2GHz to 6GHz tuning range. These linear amplifiers have ultra-low noise and high gain characteristics, making them ideal first-stage LNA solutions for high-performance, multi-stage SDARS LNA designs. The Guerrilla RF GRF2073x ultra-low-noise amplifiers offer a 2GHz to 6GHz tuning frequency range and a 0V to 7V voltage range. These amplifiers operate at -40°C to 105°C operating temperature range and are stored at -65°C to 150°C storage temperature range.Features
