DLP Design DLP-USB245M USB to FIFO Parallel Interface Modules are lead-free USB adapters that add extra functionality with a reduced component count and a low price. The DLP-USB245M is a cost-effective method of transferring data to/from a peripheral and a host at up to 8 Million bits (1-Megabyte) per second.

The modules have a simple FIFO-like design to easily interface to any microcontroller or microprocessor via IO ports. The DLP-USB245M incorporates the FTDI FT245BM USB FIFO (USB - Parallel) IC.
