Diodes Incorporated AP7583Q/AQ Ultra-Low-Dropout Regulators
Diodes Incorporated AP7583Q/AQ Ultra-Low-Dropout (ULDO) Regulators are 300mA regulators with 3.3V and 5V fixed output-voltage and adjustable versions. These ULDO regulators feature a wide input-voltage range, high accuracy, ultra-low Quiescent current, and low-dropout voltage. The AP7583Q/AQ ULDO regulators also feature excellent line/load regulation, thermal shutdown function, and short circuit protection function. These regulators include a voltage reference, a resistor network for setting output voltage, a voltage reference, a chip-enabled circuit, and a current-limit circuit for current protection.The AP7583Q ULDO regulators are available in the space-saving W-DFN2020-6 (SWP) (Type A1) package. The AP7583AQ ULDO regulators include good power dissipation packages of MSOP-8EP, W-DFN2020-6 (SWP) (Type A1), and TO252-4 (Type C). These ULDO regulators are RoHS-compliant, AEC-Q100 qualified, PPAP capable, and halogen, lead, and antimony free. The AP7583Q/AQ ULDO regulators are ideal for automotive battery-powered applications requiring specific change control. Typical applications include powering MCUs, CAN/LIN transceivers, automotive head units, EV and HEV battery management systems, body control modules, and Transmission Controls Units (TCU).
