Diodes Incorporated DGD21x High-Voltage & High-Speed Gate Drivers
Diodes Incorporated DGD21x High-Voltage & High-Speed Gate Drivers easily switch power MOSFETs and IGBTs in half-bridge and full-bridge configurations. The DGD21x features high-side and low-side output drive capability. These drivers have simple logic level input and provide an easy interface between the controller and power MOSFET/IGBT switches. The Diodes Incorporated DGD21x supports up to 600V using a floating high-side driver that allows for operation on high-voltage rails used in power supplies, motor drives, and DC-DC inverters.

- Output drivers capable of 4.5A/4.5A typ sink/source
- Logic input (HIN and LIN) 3.3V capability
- Schmitt triggered logic inputs with internal pull-down
- Undervoltage lockout for high and low-side drivers
- -40°C to +125°C extended temperature range
- Totally lead-free and fully RoHS compliant
- Halogen and Antimony free "Green" device
