Diodes Incorporated AP431S Adjustable Shunt Regulators

Diodes Inc. AP431S Adjustable Shunt Regulators are three-terminal regulators with guaranteed thermal stability throughout the operating range. These regulators offer high stability under capacitive load. The AP431S shunt regulators feature sharp turn-on characteristics, low dynamic impedance, low cathode current for regulation, and low-temperature coefficient. These regulators are an ideal replacement for Zener diodes in various applications including chargers and other adjustable regulators. The AP431S regulators are available in 0.5% and 1% voltage tolerances and come in T092, SOT23, and SOT89 packages. Typical applications include charger, voltage adapter, switching power supply, graphics card, and precision voltage reference.
