Delta Electronics MEP-600A Medical/Industrial AC-DC Power Supplies

Delta Electronics MEP-600A Medical / Industrial AC-DC Power Supplies deliver up to 600W with fan cooling and up to 450W with natural convection cooling in a compact 3" x 5" footprint. The MEP-600A series uses gallium nitride (GaN) technology, providing higher power in a reduced size and achieving up to 26.67W/in³ power density. The GaN technology also allows the device to achieve higher efficiency and improved thermal performance. Additional features include a 5V / 2A standby output, up to +80°C operating temperature, built-in remote on/off, and current sharing. Delta Electronics MEP-600A Medical / Industrial AC-DC Power Supplies feature 2 x MOPP isolation, compliance with type BF medical product standards, and certification with IEC/EN/UL safety and EN 55032 Class B standards. The devices ensure stable and safe performance in household appliances, industrial, IT, and medical applications, including ultrasound, in vitro diagnostics, and ventilators.
