CTS Electronic Components Model 139 Stratum 3E Low Noise OCXOs

CTS Electronic Components Model 139 Stratum 3E Low Noise Oven-Controlled Crystal Oscillators (OCXOs) are high-performance, small-size oscillators with high stability and low jitter/phase noise. These OCXOs feature a -170dBc/Hz phase noise floor, a 10MHz to 40MHz frequency range, and an operating voltage range of 3.3V or 5V. The Model 139 OCXOs are available in surface-mount or through-hole DIL packages and are compliant with Stratum 3E of GR-1244-Core. Typical applications include test and measurement, radar, telecom switching, 4G/5G base stations and active antennas, military communications, synchronous Ethernet, and Stratum 3E/SONET.
