Bourns CDDFN10-0516P Surface-Mount TVS Diode Array provides ESD protection for high-speed data ports and meets IEC 61000-4-2 (Level 4) requirements. This transient voltage suppressor array protects up to six data lines, offering USB 3.1 compatible working peak reverse voltages of 5V (one line), 3.3V (two lines), and 2.2V (four lines). Bourns CDDFN10-0516P Surface-Mount TVS Diode Array offers 0.02pF typical capacitance between input/output lines and can be used for protecting sensitive components used on high-speed interfaces.
