Bourns CD0201-T2.0LC Ultra-Low Capacitance TVS Diode

Bourns CD0201-T2.0LC Ultra-Low Capacitance TVS Diode is tailored to protect ultra-high-speed data lines and features a capacitance rating of only 0.18pF. This bidirectional device offers high ESD protection of ±15kV (air) and ±12kV (contact) per IEC 61000-4-2 as well as 4V surge clamping capability at 7A (8/20 μs per IEC 61000-4-5). The module is packaged in a 0201 case (0.6mm x 0.3mm x 0.3mm), minimizing PCB layout space and easing impedance matching. Bourns CD0201-T2.0LC Ultra-Low Capacitance TVS Diode is designed to protect data lines where the signal polarities are both positive and negative with respect to ground. Applications include ultra-high-speed ports such as USB4®, Thunderbolt™, and 10GbE interface protection designs as well as 2.5G / 5G, USB 3.1 / USB 3.0, and DisplayPort™.
