Analog Devices MAX11120-MAX11128 / MAX11129-MAX11132 / MAX11135-MAX11143 high-speed, multi-channel analog-to-digital converters (ADCs) are designed for use in battery-powered instruments, high-speed closed-loop systems, and high-speed data acquisition systems. ADI MAX11120-MAX11128 are 1Msps, low-power, serial 12-/10-/8-bit 4-/8-/16-channel devices. The MAX11129-MAX11132 are 3Msps, low-power, serial 12-/10-bit, 8-/16-channel devices, and the MAX11135-MAX11143 are 500ksps, low-power, serial 12-/10-/8-bit, 4-/8-/16-channel devices. These Analog Devices MAX1112x / 3x / 4x High-Speed ADCs feature external reference and industry-leading 1.5MHz, full linear bandwidth.Features
