Analog Devices MAX3864xA/B nanoPower Buck Converters employs a unique control scheme that allows ultra-low quiescent current and high efficiency over a wide output current range. The MAX3864xA/B Converters feature an operating voltage of 1.8V to 5.5V while supporting load currents of up to 175mA, 350mA, and 700mA. Additional benefits offered for the series include a 330nA ultra-low quiescent supply current, 5nA shutdown current, and 96% peak efficiency. The Buck Converters are excellent for battery applications requiring extended battery life.The MAX3864xA/B Buck Converters are available in a space-saving 1.42mm x 0.89mm 6-pin wafer-level package and a 2mm x 2mm, 6-pin µDFN package. Analog Devices MAX3864xA/B nanoPower Buck Converters are specified from -40°C to +85°C.
