Analog Devices Inc. LTC®3312SA Step-Down DC/DC Regulator

Analog Devices Inc. LTC®3312SA Step-Down DC/DC Regulator features dual monolithic synchronous 6A step-down converters in a 4mm × 3mm package. The LTC3312SA is ideal for space-saving applications with demanding performance requirements. The regulator uses a constant frequency, peak current mode architecture at switching frequencies up to 3MHz. Both bucks achieve high efficiency and fast transient response with small external components. The LTC3312SA can also be configured as a single output, 2-phase 12A step-down converter.
