Analog Devices Inc. EV1HMC558ALC3B Evaluation Board demonstrates the functionality of the HMC558A GaAs MMIC Fundamental Mixers operating from 5.5GHz to 14GHz. Developed using RF circuit design techniques, the board provides a sufficient number of via holes to connect the top and bottom ground planes. Signal lines with 50Ω impedance connect the package ground leads and exposed pad directly to the ground plane. The fully assembled Analog Devices EV1HMC558ALC3B Evaluation Board features the HMC558ALC3B, 2.92mm SRI connectors, and a Johnson SMA connector.
