Analog Devices Inc. ADA4099-1/2 Over-The-Top™ Precision Op Amps

Analog Devices Inc. ADA4099-1/2 Over-The-Top™ Precision Op Amps offer inputs that operate from -VS to +VS and beyond, referred to as over-the-top. The ADA4099-1/2 amps feature offset voltages of <30µV, input bias currents (IB) of <10nA, and operate on single or split supplies ranging from 3.15V to 50V. The series draws 1.5mA of quiescent current and provides an input stage with robust input protection features for abusive environments. The inputs can tolerate up to 80V of differential voltage without damage or degradation to DC accuracy. The operating input common-mode range extends from rail to rail and beyond, up to 70V > -VS, independent of the +VS supply. The devices are unity-gain stable and drive loads requiring up to 20mA. Analog Devices ADA4099-1/2 op-amps also drive capacitive loads as large as 100pF and are available with a low-power shutdown. The series comes in a standard, 6-lead, thin small outline transistor (TSOT) package.
