ams OSRAM CMV Image Sensors

ams OSRAM CMV Image Sensors are 300kpix to 20Mpix image sensors with pipelined global shutter pixels that allow exposure during read-out while performing correlated double sampling (CDS) operation. The image data is read out serially through 16x low-voltage differential signaling (LVDS) channels with 10- or 12-bit resolution.

ams OSRAM CMV sensors also integrate a programmable gain amplifier and offset regulation. The image sensor family has the capability to define up to eight different windows. The sensors include a horizontal and vertical mirroring function. The multiplexable output channels allow 16-, 8-, 4-, or 2-channel output.
