Amphenol RF Anti-Torque Stainless Steel SMA Cable Assemblies

Amphenol RF Anti-Torque Stainless Steel SMA Connectors and Cable Assemblies feature anti-torque bodies that allow the user to hold the body with one wrench while simultaneously torquing the coupling nut to its mating connector with another. This anti-torque design helps keep the entire assembly from twisting, preventing damage to both the cable and the connector during installation. These Amphenol RF connectors have a passivated stainless steel coupling nut over a gold-plated connector body. The series is available in straight plug configurations, and the connectors are designed to terminate with conformable 0.085", conformable 0.141", and TFlex® 405 cables. The anti-torque stainless steel cable assemblies are designed to operate at up to 18GHz, making them ideal for high-frequency applications. Applications include test and measurement, instrumentation, and military.
