Amphenol Aerospace High Power Connectors

Amphenol Aerospace High Power Connectors are designed with advanced RADial SOcKet (RADSOK®) contact technology and contact termination methods. These connectors utilize Matrix 5015 and GT-5015 connector interfaces and tooled insert arrangements for high-power applications. The connectors feature threaded or bayonet coupling, standard interfaces for utilizing existing cabling design, and gold-plated contacts for higher performance. Amphenol Aerospace High Power Connectors are available in a range of variants, including wall-mount receptacles, box-mount receptacles, straight plugs with rear access, straight plugs, jam nuts, and self-locking plug shell types. Contact styles include male thread termination, female thread termination, crimp, PC tail, and bus-bar.

The RADSOK contact technology provides a robust and high-density contact to the mating pin contact. This contact features a hyperbolic and stamped grid configuration that ensures a large, coaxial, and face-to-face surface area engagement. The RADSOK contacts are ideal for crimp termination applications requiring high current and repeated mating cycles with a low milli-volt drop.
