Amphenol Aorora FlexFast™ Flex-to-Board Connectors
Amphenol Aorora FlexFast™ Flex-to-Board Connectors are automotive‑grade SMT/SMD interconnect solutions designed to connect both Flexible Printed Circuit (FPC) and Flexible Flat Cable (FFC) directly to PCBs. These connectors feature a compact, lightweight, right‑angle design with low profile and low mating force, enabling easy direct-flex insertion and efficient assembly. The FlexFast™ flex-to-board connectors include customizable pitch and pin counts (up to 68 positions), 1A current per contact, and compliance with USCAR2 and LV214 standards. These connectors have Connector Position Assurance (CPA) and Flex Position Assurance (FPA) mechanisms for secure mating and retention. Additional benefits, such as gold‑plated terminals, double‑beam contacts, and a low height of 8mm, enhance durability, vibration resistance, and space savings.
