Allegro MicroSystems ACS39402 TMR Current Sensor

Allegro Microsystems ACS39402 TMR Current Sensor is a self-contained, single-package current-sensing solution that requires no external sense resistor. This small TMR-based sensor is designed for cost-optimized and space-constrained applications. The ACS39402 sensor offers a high operating bandwidth for fast control loops or for monitoring high-speed currents. The current conductor in the sensor offers low resistance, making it ideal for low-power dissipation constraints and enabling high-side current sensing without additional isolation techniques. This AEC-Q100 grade 1, automotive-qualified current sensor features a 500kHz bandwidth for fast response time and a wide operating temperature range from -40°C to 125°C.
