Analog Devices / Maxim Integrated MAX1767x 4V-60V Step-Down DC-DC Converters
Analog Devices MAX1767x DC-DC Converters have dual-output regulators and integrate a 4V to 60V high-efficiency synchronous step-down converter. The MAX1767x combines the converter with internal MOSFETs and a high-PSRR, low-noise, 2.35V to 5V, 50mA linear regulator, making it ideal for high-voltage linear regulator replacement. Fixed step-down converter output voltages of 3.3V and 5V are provided in the order given by the Analog Devices MAX17670 and MAX17671, with the MAX17672 being adjustable.A feedback-voltage regulation accuracy for the linear regulator is ±1.3% and for the step-down converter is ±2% at a temperature range of -40°C to +125°C. The device reduces external components and costs with internal compensation, built-in soft start, and protection against inductive short at the step-down converter output.
