IXYS MCMA65P1800TA & MCMA110P1800TA Thyristor Modules

IXYS MCMA65P1800TA and MCMA110P1800TA Thyristor Modules are dual phase-leg thyristors for line frequency with a planar passivated chip in an industry-standard TO-240AA package. The MCMA65P1800TA and MCMA110P1800TA Thyristor Modules feature an isolation voltage of 4800V, 1900V maximum non-repetitive reverse/forward blocking voltage, and 100µA reverse/drain current. 

The IXYS MCMA65P1800TA Thyristor Module features a 1.17V forward voltage drop and 65A average forward current. The MCMA110P1800TA Thyristor Module features a 1.21V forward voltage drop and 110A average forward current.
