Infineon Technologies SHIELD_BTS7002-1EPP Arduino Shield

Infineon Technologies SHIELD_BTS7002-1EPP Arduino Shield includes four high-side BTS7002-1EPP switches for high-current automotive applications. This shield can be used to control and protect the outputs of a 12V supply, turn on/off loads, measure the load current, and detect the no-load condition. The board offers diagnosis with high current sense accuracy up to the current trip level. It is optimized for design flexibility across the family with pin-to-pin and external component compatibility. Other features include a 50% reduced internal operating current composition, -16V to 35V supply voltage range, and low ≤0.5μA output leakage current. Infineon Technologies SHIELD_BTS7002-1EPP Arduino Shield is ideal for use in electronic control unit (ECU) power feeds, auxiliary power outlets, heaters, driving heating loads, general power distribution, and capacitive loads.
