Infineon Technologies OptiMOS™7 automotive power MOSFETs help engineers build higher-efficiency and higher-density automotive power systems. The devices combine advanced MOSFET silicon with modern leadless power packaging to reduce conduction and switching losses in compact designs. Built for 12V and 48V vehicle architectures, OptiMOS7 MOSFETs support higher current capability, simplify thermal management, and improve overall system performance.
The OptiMOS7 devices offer ultra-low drain-to-source on-state resistance (RDS(on)), optimized switching behavior, and strong electrical robustness for demanding automotive environments. Copper-clip and top-side cooling package options improve heat dissipation and support space-constrained layouts. Manufactured on 300mm thin-wafer technology with extended automotive qualification, Infineon OptiMOS7 MOSFETs provide a scalable solution for power distribution, motor drives, DC/DC converters, battery management, and protection systems.
