MIPAQ Pro
MIPAQ Pro is a fully qualified subsystem, integrating IGBTs, gate drivers, sensors, digital control electronics, and Modbus communication. MIPAQ Pro is available with liquid- and as air-cooling. The IPMs feature a plug & play subsystem that enables ultimate competitiveness with maximum power density. Build a system in less than a day with true real time junction temperature detection.

MIPAQ serve
MIPAQ sense is a module with an integrated, fully digital current measurement that provides an IGBT sixpack, a full set of six IGBT-drivers along with digital temperature measurement. The modules utilize the EconoPACK™ 4 housing with 100A, 150A and 200A nominal current at 1200V blocking voltage.

MIPAQ base
MIPAQ base provides an IGBT sixpack plus current sense shunts inside and come in a sixpack configuration with NTC. The MIPAQ base are available in an EconoPACK™ 3 housing with 75A, 100A and 150A nominal current at 1200V blocking voltage. Two versions of IGBT4 are available, the IGBT4 T4 which resembles the fast switching version for sophisticated designs with low stray inductive setup, and the IGBT4 E4 with increased tail currents for softer switching in applications where larger stray inductances can't be avoided.
