STMicroelectronics TVS221SC-1T2 Unidirectional Single Line TVS
STMicroelectronics TVS221SC-1T2 22V 16A Unidirectional Single Line TVS designed to protect the power line or other low-speed I/O against ESD and small surge transients. These self-controlled TVS offer benefits such as a flat clamping voltage across the temperature and current ranges. Thanks to an extremely low RDS_ON, the quasi-constant clamping voltage is much smaller than that of a conventional TVS diode. The STMicroelectronics TVS221SC-1T2 is ideal for applications where board space saving is required.
